Are the bath towel set durable and well-constructed? In addition to wanting towels that have high absorbency and are good quality, you should make sure they’re going to last—after all, they’re going to go through frequent washing at turnover.

Is the towel set easy to replace? This is why I recommend going with a hospitality supplier for your towels. If you choose a Big Box Store or standard retail, there’s a chance that you won’t be able to get replacements very easily. And you know what that means: mismatched sets! ?If you’re aiming to compete with standardized hotels (or even just the best vacation rentals in your market), having those matching sets is just one more way to evidence your professionalism, customer service, and impress even the pickiest guests.

A tip: I highly, highly recommend choosing white towels for your rental property. You can use bleach on them without worry about fading, they match most color schemes, and they convey cleanliness. (Hotels use white for a reason – think resort cotton bath towel!)
